FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to blade propellers used in water transport, air transport, in heat engineering, as well as in industries where blade propellers interacting with medium for their operation can be used. Blade propeller with automatic angle of rotation of blades includes a fixing cover made with possibility of fixation to the shaft of the drive device, comprising a shaft on the end of which there is a thread, a hub consisting of mating first and second parts forming a cavity inside. First part of the hub interacts with the fastening cover for fixed fixation of the shaft; at that, the first part of the hub has half-holes on its surface. Second part of the hub also has on its surface half-holes located symmetrically to half-holes on the first part of the hub to form centring holes. Each blade includes a blade shaft passing through centring holes in the hub for their movable centring, where on the edges of each blade shaft located inside the hub cavity there are projections. On the shaft there is a rotary bushing made with possibility of rotation inside the cavity of the second part of the hub, where the rotary bushing includes on one side recesses made with possibility of interaction with projections, and on the other side of the groove with the springs arranged in them, serving for their interaction with the rotary bushing during the blade screw operation. Shaft in the area of the thread interacts with the castellated nut at the outlet of the second part of the hub to fix the blade screw assemblies.
EFFECT: providing redistribution of blades load in automatic mode, depending on load on bladed propeller, with simplicity of design.
