FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing porous ceramic materials and can be used in making parts operating in friction conditions, carriers of catalysts, filters, in medicine when making osteoimplants. Method of producing a porous ceramic material with a three-level porous structure includes preparing a powder mixture of microdispersed oxide powders, hollow microspheres - hollow particles similar to used oxide powder of chemical composition, pore-forming particles of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene with average particle size from 40 to 200 mcm and organic binder - a mixture of paraffin and wax, taken in ratio of 9:1, forming a material or article from a powder mixture of the workpiece or a subsequent heat treatment, with the following ratio of components, vol. %: oxide powders 10–50, hollow microspheres - hollow particles of oxide powder 10–50, pore-forming particles 10–50, organic binder 10, wherein sintering of workpiece of material or article is carried out in three steps: annealing of organic pore-forming particles by heating at rate of 50 °C*h-1 to temperature of 300 ± 10 °C, then heating at rate 30 °C*h-1 to temperature of 500 ± 10 °C; intermediate sintering at heating rate 50 °C*h-1 to temperature of 1150–1250 °C with isothermal holding for 1 hour; final sintering at heating rate 100 °C*h-1 to temperature of 1400–1600 °C with isothermal holding for 1 hour. Invention is developed in claims of the formula.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining a strong porous ceramic material with a three-level porous structure of different morphological structure, which is the main operational characteristic and determines the scope of use of said material.
