SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to aqueous polyurethane dispersions obtained without a catalyst or with a very low loading of the organic catalyst, which can be used as adhesives glued in the cold. Preparation of aqueous polyurethane dispersions involves formation of a polyurethane prepolymer with terminal NCO groups. Prepolymer is obtained using a polyether polyol, an anionic stabilizer, an aliphatic polyisocyanate and without an organotin catalyst.
EFFECT: obtained aqueous polyurethane dispersions do not contain a surfactant and a solvent, and have low VOC emissions, are environmentally safe and enable to obtain homogeneous and aging resistant adhesives which are suitable in the field of using cosmetic, pharmaceutical products and food products.
