FIELD: data processing; hunting and capturing of animals.

SUBSTANCE: method and system provide for creation of a hunter account with formation of a unique identifier for access to data associated with the first user in the database of the data processing server, handing in of an application for hunting license to a first user, authorizing a hunting license and transmitting it to the user. Data associated with the first user are stored on the electronic data medium, payment documents are generated for payment of the fee for issuing the hunting license and levy for hunting and transmitted to the first user. First user is payment of fee and levy, transmission of data on hunting to the server and marking of the taken animal in the database as dead. Data of the first user are checked by a second user by transmitting information associated with the first user between user devices. Data on hunting resources are transmitted to a server and include images of traces of animals, data on movement and death of an animal. Information on user data, hunting in case of legal hunting is received into database, and in case of absence of hunting license or absence of stored or transmitted hunting data – information on animal and data on violation. Dead animal is marked in database with information on reduction of number of animals of this species. Numbers of animal species are calculated, and a prohibition is issued to issue hunting license to the animal type, the number of which is less than or equal to the minimum allowable. Quotas for hunting of animal type, number of which multiple exceeds the minimum allowable number, is increased.

EFFECT: invention provides tracking the number of wild animals with monitoring licenses for their killing and determining its legality.
