SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of public utilities, in particular, to remote control over the state of fullness of garbage containers and their emptying. Proposed device comprises impulse radiator and pulse receiver. Pulse radiator includes at least one infrared (IR) radiator, a first control processor with software connected to at least one infrared radiator, and a power supply connected to the first control processor. Pulse receiver includes at least one infrared receiver, a second control processor with software connected to at least one infrared receiver, radio transmitter connected to second control processor, a power supply connected to the second control processor and the radio transmitter.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is higher accuracy and reliability of monitoring filling and cleaning of garbage containers, possibility of timely detection of filling and cleaning of garbage containers, possibility of remote automated monitoring of filling and cleaning of garbage containers using contactless IR sensors.
