FIELD: wireless communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. According to the claimed invention, the method is carried out by the first network node for monitoring QoS flow; the session setup message containing a QoS configuration for the flow and an indication that the flow is controlled by a QoS notification is received (1710) from the node of the base network. Based on the QoS configuration, the radio resources to be used for the flow are defined (1720) and the resource setup message containing the identification of the radio resources and the the indication that the flow and/or radio resources are controlled by the QoS notification is transmitted (1730) to the second network node. The first indication of notification control that the QoS configuration of the flow and/or radio resources cannot be executed is received (1740) from the second network node and the resource notification message indicating that the QoS configuration for the flow cannot be executed is transmitted (1750) to the host node.

EFFECT: technical result consists in a reliable remote distribution of resources between the original eNB and the target eNB for flows with QoS constraints.
