SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a laminated structure for a flexible package, comprising a) mixing i) an isocyanate reactive component, containing from 2 to 100 wt % of a composition with terminal aminobenzoate groups having a structure
where R and R' are independently selected from a group consisting of linear or branched alkylene compounds, containing from 2 to 18 carbon atoms per molecule, initiated by diol, triol or tetra-alcohol of polyols partially or completely blocked with aminobenzoates; where n ranges from 1 to 1000 and where m ranges from 1 to 5; wherein the isocyanate reactive component does not contain a solvent; and ii) a component with isocyanate end groups having isocyanate functionality of 2 to 6, wherein component with terminal isocyanate groups does not contain solvent; at stoichiometric ratio of NCO to reactive hydrogen in range from 0.9 to 2.5; to obtain an adhesive composition; b) applying the adhesive composition on the primary substrate; c) laminating the primary substrate with a secondary film to obtain a layered structure and d) curing the layered structure, in which the primary substrate is selected from a group consisting of high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, isotactic polypropylene, non-oriented polypropylene, nylon, polyesters, copolyesters, metallized polymer films, aluminum foil and combinations thereof, in which the layered structure is a polyester/aluminum foil, polypropylene/aluminum foil, polyethylene/aluminum foil, polyimide/aluminum foil, nylon/aluminum foil, polyester/polyethylene, nylon/non-oriented polypropylene, polyester/non-oriented polypropylene or two-layer, three-layer or multilayer laminate of polymer film type on polymer films, polymer film on metallized polymer films or polymer film on foil. Invention also relates to use of composition as laminating adhesive and flexible package.
EFFECT: produced adhesive provides fast increase of adhesion strength.
