FIELD: adhesive materials.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a two-component adhesive composition, a layered material and a method for production thereof. Said adhesive composition contains an isocyanate component, a polyol component and an adhesion promoter. Isocyanate component contains isocyanate prepolymer, which is a product of chemical reaction of polyisocyanate with isocyanate-active component, having average molecular weight less than 1,500 and containing a polyether polyol. Polyol component contains a polyester polyol and has average molecular weight of more than 1,500. Average functionality of the adhesive composition ranges from 2 to 2.41.

EFFECT: adhesive composition provides improved performance and process characteristics, including low viscosity, long-term viability, as well as high temperature and chemical resistance, with content of solid substance more than 50 wt %.
