FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. Interneural connections are formed between the main donor stem and the injured nerve branch. L-shaped incision is made parallel to the lower edge of the inguinal ligament with transition to the medial edge of the upper third of the thigh. Femoral nerve is separated lateral from the femoral artery to the inguinal ligament with separation of the lateral portion. Sartorius muscle is dissected along a medial edge; a long adductor longus is dissected along the muscular fibers to isolate an anterior branch of the obturator nerve. One portion of the femoral nerve is transected in the inguinal ligament and rotated towards an obturator nerve for a vascular fascicle. Anterior branch of the obturator nerve is transected and moved towards the femoral nerve. Further, an anastomosis is formed with an anterior branch of the obturator nerve.
EFFECT: method enables recovering the motor function on the operated extremity, achieving the accelerated rehabilitation period, performing the reconstructive stage in a single step after the removal of the primary or recurrent tumor of the retroperitoneal space.
