FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: method includes removal of tissues in form of triangle of vulva with skin, fat and lymphonoduses of inguinofemoral region; at the first stage, inguinofemoral lumphadenectomy, and iliac lymphodenectomy by indications; separation of skin graft from top down from periphery to center; ligation of large subcutaneous vein in region of anastomosis with femoral vein without formation of stump; dissection of femoral wide fraction over edge of inguinal ligament and above tailor's muscle and musculus adductor of femur; vulvectomy with removal of surface muscles of pelvic fundus; removal of paravaginal fat; closing of wound defect by longitudinal displacement of abdomen skin and femurs; turning inside out of mucous membrane of vagina; suturing of mucous membrane with edges of skin wound of vulvectomy.
