SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, surgery, and physiotherapy. From 5^th–6^th postoperative day, infrared laser radiation with a constant magnetic field, magnetic induction intensity within range of 10–30 mTl, a repetition rate of pulsed laser radiation of the infrared spectrum within 80 Hz, power 0.15–1.0 W throughout postoperative area and surrounding tissues defocused beam for 15–120 seconds. That is followed by sequentially exposing the zones of points GI4, VC20, VC22, VG25, VG26 for 2–3 seconds per procedure with further connection of the non-abnormal measures, daily throughout the therapeutic course, with course of 8–12 procedures. If necessary, the therapeutic course is continued.

EFFECT: method enables reducing the severity of postoperative complications and in a short time to restore the disturbed vocal function and neuromuscular conductance of the injured nerves, prevents development of inflammatory reactions of injured tissues, promotes improvement of patients' quality of life.
