FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machine building, in particular to designs of measuring devices for study of traction resistance and loading of working members of tillage tools, mainly using soil channels. Disclosed device for determining forces on working member of agricultural machines on soil side includes soil channel with movable working element installed on bogie with frame, and measuring links fixed on intermediate rectangular frame, wherein measuring links are made in form of rectangular cross-section rings, equipped with diametrically located connecting elements, perpendicular to plane of which strain gauges are fixed, one ends of connecting elements of all measuring links are hinged on additional frame, and second – on frame, wherein second ends of vertically arranged measuring links are attached to frame by means of arches rigidly fixed on it, at that geometrical dimensions of measuring rings are selected from ratio
where ε is deformation of strain gauges at maximum measured load; P is measured force, N; E is modulus of elasticity of material of ring, Pa; b is ring cross-section width, m; h is ring cross section height, m; R is mean radius of ring, m.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of measurement accuracy of efforts of mounted agricultural machines and tools in three directions.
