FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in construction of pile foundations for machines with dynamic loads or vibration-sensitive equipment on any non-rocky soil. Method of device pile foundation for machines and vibration-sensitive equipment involves injection of movable cement-sand mortar into soil base under sole or concrete preparation of grillage through injectors. Non-detachable injectors in the form of U-shaped perforated pipes are installed along the length in the contact zone under the sole or concrete preparation of the grill in pre-formed U-shaped horizontal grooves parallel to each other at equal distance. Each of U-shaped injection tubes has one ends plugged, and second ends are connected to pipe vertical outlets, through which cement-sand solution is supplied under pressure. Neighbouring U-shaped injection tubes are laid opposite so that their vertical outlets are located on opposite sides of grillage plate outside of it but close to its lateral sides. Cement sand solution is fed simultaneously from both sides. End injection of cement-sand mortar is taken by volume of injected cement-sand mortar for inclusion in operation of soil massif under sole or concrete preparation of grillage, and required volume of cement-sand mortar is assigned depending on area of bottom of grillage. After hardening of the injected solution, the fixed injectors act as horizontal reinforcement of the fixed contact ground zone under the grillage or its concrete preparation.

EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling considerable reduction to safe level of oscillations of pile foundations for machines with dynamic loads and vibration-sensitive equipment due to the most optimal mode of injecting cement-sand mortar for the ground of the grill or its concrete preparation, providing longer service life of machines and equipment, reducing negative impact on surrounding structures.
