FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in construction of pile foundations for machines with dynamic loads or vibration-sensitive equipment on any non-rocky soil. Method of device pile foundation for machines with dynamic loads and vibration-sensitive equipment includes installation in the grill body of vertically oriented injection conductors with elevation of one end above the top edge of the grillage wall and deepening of the other end into the soil base under its sole or concrete preparation, through which the mobile cement-sand mortar is injected. End of injection of the movable cement-sand mortar is taken as per the volume of the injected cement-sand mortar for inclusion into operation of the soil massif under the ground of the grillage. Required volume of cement-sand mortar is specified depending on floor area of grillage.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the possibility of considerable reduction to safe level of oscillations of pile foundations for machines with dynamic loads and vibration-sensitive equipment due to the most optimal mode of injecting cement-sand mortar under the floor of the grill, increased service life of machines and equipment, reduced negative impact on surrounding building structures.
