FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in construction of pile foundations for machines with dynamic loads or vibration-sensitive equipment on any non-rocky soil. Method of pile foundation for machines with dynamic loads and vibration-sensitive equipment includes injection of movable cement-sand mortar into soil base under sole or concrete preparation of grillage through injectors. Non-detachable injectors in the form of perforated pipes are installed along the length in contact zone under sole or concrete preparation of grillage in pre-formed horizontal grooves parallel to each other with equal pitch. Ends of injectors are plugged on one side, and cement-sand mortar is supplied simultaneously from two sides of grillage through outlets of injection pipes located outside grillage grid, at that release of each adjacent injector is located on opposite side of griller close to its lateral sides. Prior to injection of cement-sand mortar on pile foundation, maximum dynamic load is applied from machine mounted on pile foundation, or from vibration exciter near pile foundation, level of oscillations of pile foundation is measured, and injection of cement-sand mortar is performed until controlled level of oscillations of pile foundation does not decrease to safe for operation pile foundation, machine or vibration-sensitive equipment level. After hardening of the injected mortar, the fixed injectors act as horizontal reinforcement of the fixed contact ground zone under the grillage or its concrete preparation.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction to safe level of oscillations of pile foundation for machines and vibration-sensitive equipment in a simple way without complex tests and calculations using available equipment, increased service life of machines and equipment, reduced negative impact on surrounding building structures.
