FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in construction of pile foundations for machines with dynamic loads or vibration-sensitive equipment on any non-rocky soil. Method of pile foundation for machines with dynamic loads and vibration-sensitive equipment includes injection of movable cement-sand mortar into soil base under sole or concrete preparation of grillage wall through introduced therein injector. Non-detachable injector in form of spirally laid perforated pipe is installed in contact zone under sole or concrete preparation of grid in pre-formed spiral horizontal slot, wherein one end of the injection pipe is plugged, and the second end is connected to the pipe vertical outlet, through which cement-sand mortar is supplied under pressure, wherein vertical pipe outlet is located beyond grill boundary edge to their lateral edge. End injection of cement-sand mortar is taken by volume of injected cement-sand mortar for inclusion in operation of soil massif under sole or concrete preparation of grillage. Required volume of cement-sand mortar is specified depending on floor area of grillage. After hardening of the injected mortar, the non-detachable injector acts as horizontal reinforcement of the fixed contact ground zone under the grillage or its concrete preparation.
EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling considerable reduction to safe level of oscillations of pile foundations for machines with dynamic loads and vibration-sensitive equipment due to the most optimal mode of injecting cement-sand mortar for the grillage pad or its concrete preparation, increasing service life of machines and equipment, reducing negative impact on surrounding building structures.
