FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: according to the method, at least one incision is made along the middle line of the back above the spinous processes, a part of the posterior spine complex is opened with a cut of the supraspinal ligament. Parts of posterior complex of spine are sawed out with parts of arches with spinous processes through saw cuts on both sides of each spinous process, opening neural structures, performing surgical manipulations, closing neural structures. Supraspinal ligament is cut from one side of the posterior spinal complex, the neural structures are opened by turning a portion of the posterior spinal complex in the opposite direction from the point of incision of its supraspinal ligament. After the surgical manipulations, through holes are drilled through at least in one sausage part of the arch, starting from the cut surface of the sawn-off portion of the arch with the outlet of the hole on its outer surface on the opposite side of the posterior complex of the spinal complex; a portion of the posterior spine complex is inserted back. Then, through each through hole on outer surface of arch, drilling of extension of hole is performed in opposite direction, drilling further through unsanctioned part of arched vertebra towards transverse process, with subsequent screwing of cannulated screw into hole and extension of hole until tightly closed sawn surfaces.

EFFECT: invention refers to medicine, namely to methods of accessing neural structures of the spinal column, particularly neural structures located, for example, in the lumbar spine, but can be used for other parts of the spine.
