SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurosurgery, traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for fixing an interspinous implant in degenerative diseases of the spine. Skeletonization of the spinous processes and arches of adjacent vertebrae is performed, access to the interspinous space, removal of the interspinous ligament with preservation of the supraspinous ligament. The interspinous space is formed congruent to the shape of the implant, for which a symmetrical marginal resection of the spinous processes facing each other is performed. An interspinous implant is introduced into the prepared space. The interspinous implant is installed in such a way that the bands of the interspinous implant are located on both sides of the spinous processes. Holes are formed in the central parts of the spinous processes above the interspinous implant. The interspinous implant is fixed by passing lavsan tapes through the formed holes in the spinous processes to the opposite side, after which the lavsan tape is passed through the ear of the interspinous implant, the lavsan tapes are pulled, pressing the paws of the interspinous implant to the surface of the spinous process and the arches of adjacent vertebrae. The tapes are fixed with clips over the ear of the implant.

EFFECT: method ensures stabilization of the position of the installed implant under load against the background of complete preservation of the mobility of the spine and elimination of the risk of displacement and migration of the implant, the occurrence of pain in the postoperative period and shortening of the patient's postoperative rehabilitation due to the peculiarity of the lavsan tapes.
