FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: liquid metal is poured into pre-calcinated cold shell mold. Simultaneously with filling, heating elements placed in support filler are included, and outer layer of shell mold is heated. Heating temperature of external layer of shell mold corresponds to temperature of liquid metal poured into shell mold.
EFFECT: higher reliability of metal pouring into shell mold due to prevention of its destruction.
