SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium producing inosine-5'-monophosphate (IMP), to a method for producing IMP using it, as well as to increasing the export of IMP in a microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium. Disclosed is a modified microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium producing IMP, having enhanced protein activity comprising the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 or 2, and increased productivity in relation to IMP in comparison with parental strain. Method of producing IMP involves culturing said microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium producing IMP in a medium and recovering IMP from the microorganism or medium. Also disclosed is using a protein containing the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 or 2, to increase IMP export in microorganism of Corynebacterium genus.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain IMP with high output.
