SUBSTANCE: vaginal annular sensor is configured to be placed inside a vaginal vault of the user and comprises an annular body, configured to be inserted and tightly held within a vaginal vault during use. At least one through hole passes through annular housing. At least one biosensor has a structure and a structure, configured to determine and/or measure a vaginal fluid parameter as the fluid passes through said at least one through hole. An alternative version of a vaginal ring sensor and a method of using a vaginal ring sensor are disclosed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in facilitating placement of a sensor inside the body in a contact surface area with a wet medium, without the need for surgical implantation.
