FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for nondestructive inspection of parts during their manufacture and/or operation. Essence of the invention consists in that the data contains hybrid spectral sensors embedded in one or more other components of the part and connected to them. Hybrid spectral sensor can have two different structures. First structure of the sensor provides the first spectral response after the exciting radiation. Second structure forms a Faraday cage around the first structure and blocks excitation radiation on the first structure and/or blocks the first spectral response emitted by the first structure, if the first structures are exposed to exciting radiation. Second structure can be associated with one or more component parts, such as a polymer matrix, and can change its coverage of the first structure during manufacture and/or operation of the part, which enables to change its blocking characteristics.
EFFECT: possibility of multiple monitoring of part at multiple different moments of time during its manufacture and/or operation.
