FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to detection of fluorescence. Detector comprises a structure which forms a detector surface configured to support biological or chemical samples, a set of photoreceivers having photodetectors and a circuit for transmitting signals caused by photons detected by photodetectors, and a set of light guides. Light guides in the set are configured to receive exciting light radiation and the emitted light signal from the detector surface. Light guides pass in the direction of the corresponding photodetectors of the set of photoreceivers and contain a filtering material. Material is configured to delay exciting light radiation and to transmit the emitted light signal in the direction of the corresponding photodetectors and contains a metal complex dye.
EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling noise reduction in the fluorescence band in the photodetector detection band.
