FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of cartridges of safety explosive substances. Method of producing explosive cartridge with tight detonating cap entry device consists in sealing one of ends of flexible tubular shell from polymer material and putting it on hollow tubular element with funnel-shaped expansion with location of the sealed end of the tubular shell on the side opposite to the location of the funnel-shaped expansion. Then, tubular part is introduced into cavity of sleeving element with placement of rod-like element of last element in cavity of this tubular part and an open end of the flexible tubular shell is pulled along the outer surface of the hollow tubular element towards the funnel-shaped expansion until the sealed end of the tubular shell is placed on the end of the rod-like element of the sleeving element. Then, through funnel-shaped expansion, industrial explosive is filled into cavity between walls of flexible tubular shell with gradual withdrawal of tubular element with funnel-shaped expansion from cavity of this shell as it is filled with industrial explosive until complete withdrawal of this element from sleeving element. After that, open end of flexible tubular shell is connected to its sealed end, shell filled with industrial explosive is removed and detonating cap is inserted into its inner channel.

EFFECT: invention allows improving operating reliability of the cartridge.
