SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for mixing, feeding and applying a paste, such as bone cement. Disposable device for mixing and feeding bone cement paste contains a body with a feed mechanism, a cylinder for mixing the powdered component and the liquid component, forming a bone cement paste, a piston assembly, a mixing assembly and a drive unit. Cylinder is connected to the case. Piston assembly comprises paste supply element arranged in cylinder and tubular element. Mixing unit contains a mixing element located in the cylinder, and a mixing rod passing inside the tubular element of the piston assembly. Mixing rod is made with possibility of movement in tubular element of piston assembly. Tubular element of piston assembly is equipped with external engagement means, by means of which element of paste supply is made with possibility of movement inside cylinder in direction of supply. Feeding mechanism is controlled by feed displacement. Drive assembly is arranged in housing and in first position is engaged with external engagement means of tubular member, and in second position is disengaged from engagement means to provide step movement of tubular member to move paste supply element in feed direction. Engagement means are made on two sides of the tubular element, namely on the first side and on the second opposite side.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to ensure absence of formation of wear products, which could come into contact with blood and tissue of the patient during surgical intervention, in addition, the invention has less weight, which reduces the risk of injuries of the surgeon from repeated loads.
