FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Circular cross-linking device for stapling tissue comprises a stapling head, i is made with the possibility of pushing the staples towards an anvil to form the staples in a circular array. Anvil includes an anvil head. Proximal main shaft is located proximally from the anvil head and has a proximal end, disposed in a first plane. First hinge connects the anvil head to the proximal main shaft. First hinge may be disposed in a second plane, which is laterally displaced from the first plane. Abutment is made with the possibility of rotation, provided by a plurality of hinge assemblies. Anvil can be made with the possibility of rotation to a position, where a part of the anvil head is located below the first hinge and between the first hinge and the proximal shaft, that the anvil head is located at an acute angle with respect to the longitudinal axis of the main shaft.
EFFECT: circular cross-linking device for stapling tissue is proposed.
