METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SURGICAL MANAGEMENT OF PATIENTS WITH COMPLICATED HEART RHYTHM DISORDERS Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B5/402 A61B5/55 A61B6/03

Abstract RU 2723225 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Method for surgical treatment of patients with complicated heart rhythm disorder involves fixation of at least 60 electrodes on the thoracic surface recording for non-invasive electrophysiological mapping; conducting computer or magnetic resonance imaging of thorax; recording electrocardiograms; ECG signal processing; visualization of results of reconstruction of cardiac electric field distribution in real time; determining an arrhythmia focus, confirmation of localization by invasive endocardial mapping, radio frequency ablation, clinical evaluation of the results. If additional arrhythmia centres occur, said method is repeated with electrocardiogram registration. Device includes a PC with a display and a printer, a radio-frequency ablation device with an ablation electrode-catheter, amplification, digitization and stimulation unit connected through catheter connections to an ablation electrode-catheter and a stimulating electrode-catheter. Device incorporates an additional unit for connecting electrodes with at least 12 electrodes for surface removal of ECG signals intended for non-invasive surface mapping. Said connection unit is connected to amplification unit.

EFFECT: use of this group of inventions enables accurate determination of topical localization of various cardiac rhythm disturbances.
