FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. For this purpose positioning of ablation electrode is performed by determination of distance from its distal pole to orifice of the nearest coronary artery. Before ablation electro-anatomical map of ascending part of thoracic aorta and the nearest to ablation electrode coronary artery is created by means of non-fluoroscopic navigation system. After that ablation electrode is positioned at safe distance from orifice of the nearest coronary artery and ablation is carried out with continuous monitoring of said distance by means of non-fluoroscopic navigation system software.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase safety of radio-frequency ablation of ectopic tachycardia focus in output part of left ventricle due to elimination of additional catheterisation of femoral artery, introduction of radio-opaque preparations and induced by them complications.
