SUBSTANCE: invention relates to boiler and determines degree of contamination of exhaust chimney, through which exhaust gases are removed, regulates amount of supplied gas to maintain its combustion. Combustion in boiler control method includes the following: a) setting target heat value to achieve target temperature, b) use of first database based on target heat value, c) measurement of speed of rotation of pressure ventilator and pressure of air created during rotation of air impact, d) using the second database based on the difference in rotation speed, air pressure difference and the target heat value to calculate the estimated fouling contamination value in accordance with the target heat value, e) using the third database in accordance with the estimation value of the chimney contamination for calculating the gas valve opening value and controlling the amount of the supplied gas.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to determine in real time the degree of contamination of the exhaust chimney, through which exhaust gases are removed, to adjust the amount of gas supplied and to maintain its burning capacity in accordance with the method of controlling combustion in a boiler.
