SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal power engineering. Snow melting plant based on hot-water boiler using excess heat of outgoing gases of hot-water boiler includes housing, tightly installed in box of outgoing gases of rectangular shape, laid by ground method, main snow-loading hopper and additional snow-loading hopper, which are filled with snow mass through intake grate, snow mass in contact with housing, hermetically installed in box of exit gases of rectangular shape, and welded to it hole sheet is melted, water from thawed snow mass in main snow bunker flows down through funnel and gives excess heat to melting of snow mass, loaded into additional snow bunker, melt water from the main snow-loading hopper and additional snow-loading hopper flows to the storm drainage treatment facilities via the pipeline.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at utilization of snow mass on the basis of hot-water boiler equipment, without additional costs for fuel, for electric power and without reduction of operating reliability of the equipment of hot-water boiler.
