FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: inventions can be used in semi-automatic welding in the medium of protective gases for protection of surface of parts of process equipment against adhesion of splashes of molten metal. Composition contains components in the following ratio, wt. %: mineral oil 70–85, thickener 4–20, synthetic wax 1–30, silicate filler 1–25.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing anti-adhesion resistance of composition and coating based on it, created by dipping heated torch of welding torch.
