FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: consistent lubricant in given composition is produced by mixture of at least one base oil chosen from lubricating base oil of mineral type oil, synthetic lubricating base oil and bio-decomposed lubricating base oil with thickener. This consistent lubricant is compounded with wax and water and, not necessarily, such additive as surfactant and anti-foaming agent is compounded with them. As wax there is preferably used carnauba wax. The invention refers to procedures of preparing compositions of consistent lubricant. When composition of consistent lubricant is applied on material of a base of an object subjected to welding, it can prevent effect of welding splashes sticking.
EFFECT: super-easy removal of composition of consistent lubricant upon its application, its ecological safety for environment and excellent anticorrosion characteristic.
