FIELD: blasting operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to blasting operations, in particular to development and assembly of electric blasting devices, in particular electric detonators (ED), with exploding film bridge, and can be used in various fields of national economy for detonation of brisant explosives (BE). Proposed method comprises equipping case with explosive material, making initiator together with bridge and electrodes, connecting parts in assembly and subsequent connection of electrode with initiator electrodes. Housing is made simultaneously with reinforced bushing and electrodes. Connection of initiator electrodes with electrodes of housing is performed by cold ultrasonic welding, wherein duration of ultrasonic pulse is selected in range of 250–500 ms, value of current passed through ultrasonic apparatus striker is in range of 70–120 mA, force of welding needle pressing is in range of 50–55 g. Casing electrodes are selected from material compatible for ultrasonic welding with material of initiator electrodes.

EFFECT: invention increases safety of handling and manufacturability of electric fuse.
