SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to diagnosing infectious diseases and accompanying pathological conditions, and can be used to predict the absence of regress of hepatic fibrosis in the patients with chronic hepatitis C without burdened premorbid background after therapy with preparations of direct antiviral action. Method involves examining T-cell immunity by flow cytofluorometry before and after an antiviral therapy with determining immunological values with high Kullback information coefficient. Decreased relative CD19+ less than 11 %, CD56+ less than 6 % with increase of CD4+CD119+ more than 85 % and CD45+CD4+CD119+ more than 38 %, predict the absence of regress of hepatic fibrosis.

EFFECT: method enables predicting the absence of regress of hepatic fibrosis accompanying a stable virological response and choosing the next patient management tactics following an antiviral therapy with direct-acting antiviral drugs (DAA drugs).
