SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to a method for diagnosis of hepatic cirrhosis (stage F4) in the outcome of chronic viral hepatitis C by immunological examination of a patient, which involves examining the patient's blood before the therapy in order to determine the cell immunity values with the high Kulbak information coefficient (J), where reducing the number of CD19+ cells with J=2.7 and CD56+ cells with J=10.0 combined with increase in the number of cells CD45+CD4+CD119+ with J=30.4 and CD 119+ cells with J=8.2, hepatic cirrhosis (stage F4) is diagnosed.

EFFECT: invention provides fast, accessible, nontraumatic, accurate and highly effective diagnosis of hepatic cirrhosis (stage F4) in the outcome of CHC that ensures timely selection of the optimal approach to management of patients after antiviral therapy.
