FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to additive production, namely stereolithography, and directly concerns compositions based on stabilized zirconium dioxide for 3D printing. Proposed composition contains stabilized zirconium dioxide, an acrylate organic base and a UV photoinitiator. Zirconium dioxide is stabilized by 3–11 mol. % of yttrium oxide or scandium oxide or their mixture and may contain additive 0.5-5.0 wt. % of aluminum-garnet garnet or additive 0.5–5.0 wt. % of titanium dioxide or modified with 0.1–10.0 wt. % oleic acid hydroxamide. Acrylate organic base contained in the composition is a mixture of trimethylol propane triacrylate (TMPTA) and isobornyl acrylate (IBA) or isodecyl acrylate (IDA), in which the ratio of TMPTA to IBA or to IDA is equal to (wt. %) 15–17:85–83. As UV-photoinitiator mixture contains ethyl (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phenylphosphinate in amount of 0.5–3.0 (wt. %) of weight of acrylate base. Composition additionally contains rheological additive BYK w969 in amount of 0.5–5.0 wt. % of weight of dry stabilized zirconium dioxide. Ratio of stabilized zirconium dioxide to acrylate base in the composition is (wt. %) 70–75:30–25. Dynamic viscosity of composition is 20.0 °C less than 2 Pa ⋅s at shear rate of 30 s-1.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is improvement of rheological properties providing required depth of hardening of suspensions, good adhesion between layers and good quality of surface.
