SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to create an active medium for nano-, micro- and macro-devices. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that the method of creating an active medium based on semiconductor luminescent nanocrystals in a polymer matrix involves creating an acrylate solid polymer matrix with uniformly distributed in it colloidal quantum points - semiconductor nanocrystals by mixing a liquid unpolymerised acrylate composition and colloidal quantum dots - semiconductor nanocrystals, then depending on formation of aggregates of colloidal quantum dots - semiconductor nanocrystals acrylate composition is photopolymerized at temperatures from 20 °C to 120 °C or from 20 °C to 200 °C.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of elimination of problem of aggregation of active additive.
