FIELD: printing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: present description relates to toner particles. In particular, embodiments of the present description refers to hyperpigmented low-melting toner particles. Disclosed group includes versions of low-melting toners. Low-melting toner contains: a core containing: polystyrene-butylacrylate core resin; crystalline polyester resin, pigment present in amount of about 7 % to about 20 % by weight of fusible toner and paraffin wax, where the ratio of polystyrene-butylacrylate resin to the crystalline polyester resin ranges from about 5:1 to about 7:1 and a coating applied on the core containing the polystyrene-butyl acrylate coat resin, wherein shell polystyrene-butylacrylate is present in amount of about 25 % to about 35 % by weight of fusible toner.

EFFECT: technical result is to provide a lower anchoring temperature to provide an acceptable range of fixation of jam in high-speed printing devices and in providing lower weight of toner per unit area for less toner consumption and, consequently, reduced run speed.
