FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: device for belt conveyor loading consists of frame 1, on which conveyor 2 with conveyor belt 3 is fixed, loading hopper 4 with front wall 5 installed on it with possibility of vertical movement by flat shutter 6, lower edge of which has cutout 7 in form of isosceles triangle. External front wall 8 with outlet opening 9 is installed outside loading hopper, on inner surface of which there is patch 10 in the form of triangular isosceles prism with base 11, which coincides with surface of additional front wall 8, side faces 12 and 13 and lower end face 14 of prism inclined to surface of conveyor belt at an angle α. Conveyor is driven by drive 15. Inside hopper 4 there is a product level sensor 16.
EFFECT: increased reliability of device operation.
