FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of blades. Airscrew blade with controlled geometry of profile comprises aerodynamic profile with interconnected front part and movable flap. Movable flap includes carrying resilient upper and lower lining, located between them elastic element, protective flexible resilient coating forming external outline of blade flap profile, piezoelectric elements located on one or both surfaces of resilient element and / or on upper and lower lining. Resilient element is made with low rigidity for bending in plane of blade profile, stretched along middle line of blade profile and pre-stressed longitudinal axial forces in its cross sections. Each piezoelectric element is made in the form of piezoelectric actuator of axial deformations connected to surface of resilient element or to upper or lower lining. Direction of working axial deformations of the piezoelectric actuator is directed along the elastic element or top or bottom lining of the flap attached to it in the plane of the blade profile.

EFFECT: higher operating range of controlled bending deformations of blade flap, reduced noise and vibrations.
