FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to sports medicine, namely to restorative medicine, and can be used for correction of general nonspecific reactivity of athletes’ organism. Sportsmen have general non-specific adaptation reactivity as per the leukogram. It is exposed to low-intensity electromagnetic radiation (LIEMR). At that, on odd days, radiation is exposed to biologically active reflexogenic points E 9 - Renying, - located symmetrically at level of upper edge of thyroid cartilage, anterior from anterior edge of sternocleidomastoid muscle, in area of carotid arteries division into their outer and inner branches, and on even days on point E 12 - Quepen, - localized symmetrically in the middle of supraclavicular fossa, with alternate exposure to red light with wavelength of radiation - 655–660 nm and blue light with wavelength of radiation - 460–470 nm, pulse power - 10 W, frequency of electromagnetic oscillation - 0.1 to 100 Hz. Type of nonspecific adaptive responsiveness of the organism is reiterated, the values of which are used to determine the change in body resistance to physical and psychoemotional loads.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of preventing the disadaptive disorders in athletes.
