FIELD: preventive medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to form control groups of healthy people. A selection is made into a group of subjects who, based on the results of the analysis of blood samples, showed indicators of the general blood test of the leukocyte formula, ESR and leukocyte indices corresponding to normal values, and one of the five types of non-specific adaptive reactions (NAR) characteristic of healthy people. Then the people of this control group are subjected to a single exercise in the form of the Novacki test. In the control group of healthy people, subjects are determined who, on the 3rd, 7th, 10th and 14th day after a single physical activity, have the indicators of the general blood test of the leukocyte formula, ESR and leukocyte indices corresponding to normal values, and one of the five types of HAR characteristic of healthy people. Leukocyte indices and the type of HAR are determined by the results of a study of a general blood test with a leukocyte formula by microscopy of at least 1,000 cells.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the accuracy of selection in the control group of healthy people by more accurate determination of the leukocyte formula, ESR and leukocyte indices with further determination of the type of HAP by performing a study of a general blood test with a leukocyte formula by microscopy of at least 1,000 cells.
