SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Cake of increased nutritive value is made of chicken food eggs, refined deodorized sunflower oil, sugar sand, high-grade bakery wheat flour, "Astri Muffin Concentrate" mixture and flax seeds flour. Initial components are used at the following content per 1000 kg of the ready products, kg: food chicken eggs – 300.1, refined deodorized sunflower oil – 139.9, sugar sand – 224.0, prime grade bakery flour – 156.8, "Astri Muffin concentrate" mixture – 140.0, flax seed flour – 39.2.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance nutritive value of cake, produce preventive product and expand range of functional food products.
