Method for dynamic authentication and user risk assessment on a web resource and/or in a mobile application, in which a threshold value of trust rating is established for user authentication, user devices are registered, during which non-personal data of user devices are collected, at the moment of connection, collecting non-personal data on the user device, processing the collected information by means of its comparison with data stored in the authentication system, forming a reference set of trust parameters for authentication, value of confidence rating is determined and decision is made to grant user access to said web resource and/or mobile application.

EFFECT: high security of user data when performing an authentication process by calculating a rating of user confidence solely by descriptors of their non-personal data and data of user devices, which are used to request access.
