The expected result is achieved by determining and confirming of the unique identifier of the user and his device by the identification service each time an online user accesses online data transmission services after the initial identification of the online user in the mobile network of the mobile operator. At the same time, with indirect access of the online user to the mobile network, the presence of a unique composite identification key on the online user’s device is additionally checked, the relevance of the bundle of their own hardware device identifier provided by the device manufacturer and stored on it, and the mobile subscriber number of the digital network with the integration of communication services is checked.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of online user identification in the network, ensuring the security of access to information resources.
