FIELD: package and storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to closing equipment related to automation of closing of a container filled with, for example, water to prevent active evaporation of liquid medium. Self-closing container comprises housing with neck for filling with liquid medium. Inside the container there is a float, which floats upwards as water or other liquid enters under it. Container has ribbons attached to float, their other ends rigidly attached to a ring of rubber or fabric or from other material, inside of which with low friction coefficient belt is passed or passed cord that is connected to ends of tapes. Cone-shaped shape of upper surface of float provides additional sealing of water or medium in vessel in case of not tight tightening of ring, which has inclined surface towards side of container center, thus protecting container filling container from evaporation.
EFFECT: container ensures, without human participation, filling with water and self-closing at its filling.
