SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcohol industry. Alcohol production method is characterized by the fact that the alcohol-containing liquid is heated in the bottom of the distillation column and is distilled with separation of fractions, for this purpose steam temperature is measured in the column and temperature stabilization begins. After stabilization of temperature head fraction selection is performed and controlled. Next stage is followed by alcohol control and regulation, after which alcohol withdrawal is terminated. Selection is carried out by stabilizing the amount of condensate returned to the rectification column and changing the heating power.
EFFECT: invention increases quality of cleaning and provides repeatability of results of distillation without selection processes using electromechanical and mechanical elements.
