FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: alcohol containing liquid is heated in the rectification column still and is distilled to produce the head fraction, alcohol and a tail fraction. In the process of distillation one measures the vapour temperature with a temperature sensor located in the column upper part, analyses the readings with the control device, regulates the reflux-to-product ratio and bleeds the fractions with a fraction separator equipped with valves. The bleeding process is carried out at preset temperature parameters and regulated bleeding frequency.
EFFECT: finer division of fractions and production of high quality alcohol.
