SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry. Method of obtaining echinacea dry extract nanocapsules is characterized in that the dry extract of echinacea is added to the guar gum suspension in petroleum ether in the presence of 0.01 g of glycerin ester with one or two edible fatty acid molecules and one or two citric acid molecules as a surfactant with stirring at 1000 rpm, then toluene is poured, the resulting suspension of nanocapsules is filtered off and dried at room temperature, the mass ratio core:shell is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.

EFFECT: method for obtaining nanocapsules of echinacea dry extract is proposed.
