FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to devices for circular immobilisation of extremities. Device comprises a deformable vacuum-tight case for wrapping a limb with a granular filler enclosed therein and a vacuum pump. Housing is made of hollow polymer biocompatible tubes in the form of interconnected vacuum cavities as mesh with two vacuum connectors. Detachable vacuum module is connected to one vacuum connector, and detachable final fixation module is connected to the other one. Vacuum module includes microcontroller, which is connected to power supply, through relay of vacuum pump is connected to engine of vacuum pump, and is also connected to pressure sensor, with control elements, with display and with speaker. Vacuum module is connected to housing via serially connected quick-detachable vacuum nipple and trap in form of labyrinth and connected by means of data bus and power bus with additionally installed detachable therapeutic module. Therapeutic module includes a digital-to-analogue converter, Peltier elements relays and external components: electrodes for electrostimulation, temperature sensors and Peltier elements. Detachable module of final fixation is connected to housing via in-series connected quick-detachable vacuum nipple and fixed screw. Containers with components of fast-hardening liquids are connected in parallel to the screw through the destructible diaphragms in the volume sufficient for filling the device housing. Fluids are mixed and supplied into the vacuum system of the housing after mechanical action on the module and destruction of diaphragms.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities while simplifying the design.
